Truman Bank’s Overdraft Privilege Line Account protects you against overdrafts and allows you the flexibility to lend yourself money for important purchases.
Here's How It Works
If you write a check which exceeds the balance in your checking account, an advance is automatically made to your checking account from your Privilege Line Account to cover the amount of your check, up to your pre-approved plan limit.
Overdraft Privilege is always available whenever you need it and takes effect as soon as you write a check. With Overdraft Privilege you eliminate the worry over whether checks have “crossed in the mail”.
What it Costs
Overdraft Privilege is free until you use it. When an advance is made, the annual percentage rate may be as low as 10% and never more than 18%. How To Repay
Your Overdraft Privilege Line Account may also be repaid in full or part at anytime. As your account is paid down, the amount is once again available for future use. Qualification for Overdraft Privilege is subject to application and credit approval. Payments on the outstanding balance of your Overdraft Privilege Line account can be automatically deducted from your checking each month.
